Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue

Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
